  • 4-6 hours of sunlight (Tolerates partial shade)
  • Shade Tolerance: Highly tolerant to partial to full shade due to the Fine Fescue, making it great for lawns with varying sun exposure.

  • Color & Texture: Fine-textured, dark green grass with a rich, lush appearance.
  • Sunlight Requirements: Requires 5-6 hours of sunlight (prefers full sun to light shade).
  • Traffic Tolerance: Performs well in high-traffic areas, making it ideal for active lawns or areas with foot traffic.
  • Maintenance: Requires less care than Bluegrass, especially in terms of fertilization and water needs.
  • Best For: Lawns that get good sunlight and need a durable, fast-growing grass that can handle moderate traffic.


🌱 100% Tall Fescue – $505/Pallet (incl. tax & delivery)

  • Heat & Drought Resistance: Very drought-resistant and can handle heat better than the other types, thanks to its deep root system.
  • Texture: Coarser and thicker blades compared to the other grasses.
  • Shade Tolerance: 4-8 hours of sunlight Can tolerate light shade, but it thrives in full sun to partial shade.
